The coaching practice brings together wellbeing knowledge and passion with experiences developing people. I’ve had an outstanding and varied career in Human Resources, encompassing Change, Learning, Development and Organisation Effectiveness, as well as people and project management.
For years, I’d been coaching for performance, developing creative people change initiatives in consulting and in-house roles within small and large organisations, such as Cadbury. I used innovative techniques in developing programmes to transform and integrate organisations, coach talent and even led volunteer teams to make the 2012 London Olympics the incredible legacy event that it was.
Having been there, I recognise the pressures of such fast-paced environments.
